The Tiddlywinks Centre is a Limited Company by Guarantee with charitable status, not for profit service, and has a strong group of professionals and local parents who make up the Trustees/Management Committee. The Board meet on a regular basis. The board of trustees are responsible for the overall management and directing the company strategy. It formally receives and approves policies and procedures and approves funding bids and other contracts before submission.
